About the Program
The SIUC College of Business online undergraduate degree completion program is designed for students who have completed the required general and core coursework requirements. This includes students transferring from community colleges and other universities, as well as returning students looking to complete the remaining portion of their bachelor’s degree. This online degree program is intended for off-campus students who have work and/or family commitments that make traditional campus attendance impractical.
- The program is 100% online (with the possible exception of proctored examinations).
- Consists of 60 credit-hours of coursework, covering each of the core areas of the business curriculum.
- The program will be divided into 10 “content areas,” each consisting of two, three credit-hour courses each.
- Each content area will be delivered within a single semester, divided into two eight week courses.
- Typically, the program should take 24 months to complete, over six academic terms. However, it can be completed in a minimum 18 months.
